Expanding on our long-running relationship with Great River Medical Center, Carl A. Nelson & Company was hired to provide pre-construction and at risk construction management services for this new expansion and renovation project.
The 30,000 SF high performance sports and orthopedic rehab center includes a new outpatient clinic with two (2) X-ray rooms and space for future MRI equipment. This state of the art rehabilitation center includes an indoor walking track, fitness training area, rock climbing wall, high-end locker rooms, a wood sports training court and an artificial turf training field.
This project was completed under budget due to value-added Pre-Construction services. Our efforts resulted in a savings of approximately $400,000.00 to the Owner.
