The Weyerhaeuser Structurwood Project is a 420,000 SF pre-engineered Oriented Stran Board warehouse/manufacturing plant. Carl A. Nelson & Company furnished and erected the Varco Pruden pre-engineered manufacturing building and a 15,000 SF wet fuel storage building. The facility, which included 2,300 tons of steel, has five different eave heights ranging from 35 feet to 75 feet.
In addition to the pre-engineered buildings, Carl A. Nelson & Company also design-built the adjoining two-story, 34,000 SF office building.
