Carl A. Nelson & Company was selected as the Design-Build Contractor for Kent Corporation’s (formerly Muscatine Foods Corporation) new corporate office renovation in Muscatine, Iowa.

The Owner purchased the facility from Bandag Corporation with the goal of relocating and consolidating their multiple brands management and support staff under one roof with a “brand new” modern facility that would provide and allow for collaboration, interaction and technical support for their employees and clients.

This 51,300 square foot renovation was completed in just over four months to meet the move in requirements of the Owner.
