Carl A. Nelson & Company was selected by the City of Fairfield to serve as construction management agency for this 36,000 SF single-story, new pre-engineered steel building addition adjacent to the existing Roosevelt Recreation Center. The new addition houses an indoor 3-lane track, 3 full-size basketball courts, fitness areas, exercise floor, storage, batting cages, restrooms, storage and shower facilities.
Site improvements include excavation, new sidewalks, and new parking areas.
