Carl A. Nelson & Company was pleased to join Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds and the staff and supporters of Community Health Centers of Southern Iowa on Dec. 30 for the ribbon cutting at its new Access Center -- the first of what will be six mental health crisis centers to open in Iowa thanks to legislation approved in 2018. Carl A. Nelson & Company, led by our Project Manager Perry Hines, and Project Engineer Alan Schock, provided design-build services to CHCSI on the project.
