CANCO design-build project highlighted in local news

Carl A. Nelson & Company (CANCO) is pleased to be the provider of design-build construction services to Galesburg, Illinois-based Western Smokehouse Partners for its upcoming production expansion project in Burlington, Iowa.

The project recently was featured in the Burlington Beacon. The article as it appeared on the Beacon's Facebook page is shared here. Western is a manufacturer of branded and private label meat sticks, and plans to bring up to 150 new jobs to Burlington when the new plant is complete.

CANCO previously worked in the facility on West Avenue in Burlington on a steam turbine testing facility project for previous owner Dresser-Rand.
